Feeling Right at Home: What Families Need to Know About Home Care

Episode description:

As more Americans choose to age in place, the demand for home care has grown—but so has the confusion about how it works. In this episode, we talk with Zubin Kapadia, CEO of Right at Home North Shore and Co-Chair of the Home Care Association of America’s NY Chapter, about how families can navigate their home-care options with confidence. Zubin shares what families often misunderstand, the right questions to ask before hiring a caregiver, and why supporting caregivers themselves is key to quality care.
