The Co-Founder of Better Age Offers a Personalized Guide to Aging Well

EPISODE DESCRIPTION:

Many philosophers, coaches, and cultural observers today like to describe aging as a journey. More often than not, however, there’s little in-depth discussion about how to prepare for this journey. What do you need to pack for this trip? Where can you find the map you need? Who will help guide you? And where, exactly, is your destination? In today’s episode, Diana Yin, the CEO and Co-founder of BetterAge, describes the vision of her public benefit corporation to help older adults create a personalized guide to live and age well. Diana will talk about BetterAge's unique 3-stage program designed to provide a health and wellbeing “Google map” that supports an individual’s journey, identifying the series of small steps they can take to get the most out of life. She’ll explain how BetterAge collaborates with a network of other organizations to support and reinforce those small steps; how older adults can get free assessments of their personal path; and how they can connect with BetterAge online and through community organizations and agencies.
